Hire Our Facilities

Welcome to St Mary’s & St John’s CE School. We are very proud of our School and its links with the local community and we are delighted that we are able to hire out some of our facilities.  

We are fortunate that we can also offer free, onsite parking to hirers.

Local clubs and associations currently use the facilities for various activities including:

• Sports camps
• Music classes
• Drama classes
• Dance classes

The following facilities are available for hire:

Outdoor Spaces

Our Neale House Campus grass pitch is available to hire by the local community.

We also have outdoor spaces suitable for netball and tennis at all three campuses

Main Hall Space

These are suitable for hosting a variety of events, including meetings, dance competitions and drama productions. The state of the art Main Hall at Stamford Raffles campus has a large stage and can accommodate up to 250 seats (theatre style). 

Please note we do not let the Main Hall for parties/wedding hire.

Gymnasiums

We have 2 gymnasiums available to hire with adjoining changing rooms, indoor cricket nets and basketball nets.

Dance/Drama Studios

Our spacious mirrored studios lend themselves very well for dance, fitness and martial arts classes, local drama groups as well as associations seeking a well-designed studio.

Conference Rooming & Classrooms

Meeting room and some classroom spaces are available, which include interactive TV panels for presentations.

Additional Services:

To assist you with your letting requirements we are also pleased to be able to offer the following:

• *PA system for the Main Hall
• *Multi-Media equipment with Main Hall hire including projector and speakers with the use of a laptop

Hire costings are inclusive of all basic running costs. 

*Additional costs apply for use of equipment/sound & lighting technician

Other costs which may be applicable include Public Liability Insurance and premiums associated with Performing Licences.
